    1. Dhanurasana: This yoga asana targets your belly region and if practiced every day, it can significantly help you reduce both visible fat and visceral fat. It also works on your ab muscles.
    2. Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): The famous cobra pose not only helps fix your posture, improve flexibility but also canhelp lose belly fat. Along with that it works on your abdominal muscles and makes them stronger.
    3. Ustrasana: This asana works on strengthening the abdominal muscles, back muscles, and helps improve posture.
