    5 Morning Detox Drinks to Support Weight Loss

    Here are five effective detox drinks you can try to promote a healthier lifestyle and assist in reaching your weight goals.

    1. Vetiver Root Water

    Vetiver, also known as khus, is a natural herb recognized for its calming and cooling effects. It is often used in traditional wellness practices to help soothe the nerves and improve sleep quality. To prepare this drink, boil a few strands of vetiver roots in water for about 10 minutes.     2. Coriander Seed Water

    Coriander seeds are packed with nutrients such as calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, and K.
