    How Does Stress Cause Massive Weight Gain And Weight Loss?

    Increased Fat Storage

    Due to binge eating, slow metabolism, and high cortisol levels, your body will start storing more fat than using it up. Thereby causing weight gain.

    Sleep Problems

    High levels of stress hormones in the body also can disrupt your sleep routine and cycle. It can prevent you from getting good quality sleep. You may experience disruptions, insomnia, and poor sleep. This also disrupts your health and metabolism causing either weight gain or weight loss.
